OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY – Food Drive for Nolensville Food Pantry
Jenkins CP Church is sponsoring a COMMUNITY WIDE FOOD DRIVE on Saturday, May 21, from 8AM to Noon to benefit the Nolensville Food Pantry. As school lets out and home budgets are stretched, Nolensville Food Pantry will need to help with food concerns for some in our community. Jenkins Church and Nolensville Food Pantry are partnering for drop-off stations across the city on May 21, including one here at the church.
Specific needs for the Food Pantry include boxes of cereal and snacks for kids (fruit snacks, granola bars, etc). Jenkins Church and Jenkins Day School are taking on the challenge to collect 100 boxes of cereal (we have collected over 20 boxes already!) before the food drive on May 21. Bring your donations to church on Sundays or drop them off during the week.
