The Nashville Burrito Ministry is still a thing because Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee saved us financially. We are sustainable because of them, and thanks to their help every donated dollar goes a long way. I picked up our food allocation today from their warehouse and one of the workers had held some extra meat back for us because she knew we could use it. We picked up healthy snacks, not so healthy but yummy snacks, meat, water, tuna fish, and more things I can’t remember now, and got it all for next to nothing. Just amazing.
